Booking and Payment To secure a booking, a valid credit card or payment method is required at the time of reservation. All bookings are subject to confirmation based on vehicle availability. Payments are processed securely, and prices are displayed in Tanzanian Shilling (TZS). It is important to review your booking confirmation email carefully to ensure all details are accurate. In case of any amendments or cancellations, please refer to our cancellation policy. #### 3. Driver Responsibilities Clients choosing self-driving rentals must present a valid driver’s license and meet the age requirements specified at the time of booking. Clients are responsible for inspecting the vehicle for any existing damage prior to departure, confirming its condition with a company representative. Any mechanical failure or accident must be reported immediately to Arusha Transfers and Taxi Services. #### 4. Insurance Coverage All rentals include basic insurance coverage as per Tanzanian law requirements; however, clients may choose optional additional coverage for further protection against potential liabilities. It is the client’s responsibility to understand the scope of coverage and exercise due diligence while operating leased vehicles. #### 5.
